Submit a return request:
Visit our online return portal and follow the instructions to generate a return shipping label.
Prepare your package:
Carefully place the item back in its original packaging and include the original invoice. Print and attach the return label to the outside of your parcel.
Ship the package:
Drop off your parcel at the nearest collection point. Keep your proof of shipment until the refund or exchange has been processed.
Validation and refund:
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Processing time is 7 to 10 business days after receiving the return.
